Youths Who Vandalized Church Now the Target of Church's Outreach Program

(United Kingdom)—Local youths, suspected of vandalizing the Knowle West Baptist Church in Bristol, so thoroughly that the church thought it might have to close its doors, are now going to be the target of an outreach program by that church's congregation.
Said retired minister Jane Grinnoneau: "Some of these young people may have been those causing the problems over the many years. I think they present to us as an enormous opportunity to try to reach out to these very excluded and judged—one could almost say condemned—young people and try to realistically and literally love them back into life."
