(San Juan Capistrano, CA)—Three of the top names in the extreme sports of surfing, skateboarding and freestyle motocross will headline The Orange County Festival, an all-day celebration of sports and music at Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park in San Juan Capistrano on Saturday, October 13th. The festival, slated to run from 1:00 PM to 9 PM, is free and open to the public.
Headlining the activities are freestyle motorcycle pros Kyle Loza, a Gold Medalist in the 2007 X Games; legendary skateboarder Christian Hosoi; and professional surfer and author Bethany Hamilton. Inspirational speaker Andrew Palau, son of world evangelist Luis Palau, will present a Gospel message. The world premiere of Walking on Water, a surf film with a Christian theme, will also be featured.
The Orange County Festival is being presented by the Livin It® Alliance, a national association of faith-based action sport teams. Alliance teams have performed throughout the U.S. for crowds of 50,000 and more, and at international events from Fiji to Great Britain.
Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park is located at the corner of Antonio Parkway and Ortega Highway in San Juan Capistrano.
