"Pocket change is worth more than you think."
(USA)—A program by the Worldwide Christian Schools is helping feed school children in India, while simultaneously teaching North American school kids the importance of giving to others.
According to the report by Mission Network News, it only takes about 20 cents to provide lunch for a school child in India, and the Lunch Money Fund allows children in North America to do just that.
Emily Klooster, of Worldwide Christian Schools, says, "We do this because North American students, we believe, really want to give. Even if they can only offer quarters, dimes and nickels."
