"I talk to the guys often. And the amazing thing about these guys is that they're all very positive. These are wounded soldiers now. They all are positive. They all know they were born to do this. They all know this war can be won, and they want to get the politics out of it. And they say the generals know what they're doing, just let us do our work. This is what they're saying." –Jon Voight (Actor)
In a CBN News exclusive interview, veteran actor and Oscar-winner, Jon Voight, opened up on the subject of Iraq, and the winning of the War on Terror.
Mr. Voight, who has spent much time visiting the troops—both in Iraq and the wounded at Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital—told CBN News White House Correspondent; Melissa Charbonneau, that the war against insurgents in Iraq is definitely winnable. Citing an historical statement by North Vietnam's General Jiap, Voight pointed out that propaganda, mostly by the media, is what could defeat America's effort in Iraq.
