"If I was a business leader I'd have to say—'This is an investment in people.'"
An article on CBN News.com explores the growing interest in "faith-friendly" environments in the workplace. Businesses such as Chick-fil-A, which remains closed on Sundays and includes prayer in corporate activities, acknowledge the benefits of faith in the workplace.
"One of the things that I feel confident about is that my work life is an expression of the higher values of my life," says Tim Tassopolous, VP of Operations for Chick-fil-A.
Other secular companies like, Tyson, American Airlines and Intel, all provide some kind of faith-based program for employees, according to the CBN News report.
"If I was a business leader I'd have to say—'This is an investment in people,'" said Ty Yokum, a Chick-fil-A employee.
