"[He] sounded like he was in great spirits." –Tony Snow
FOUNDING EDITOR'S NOTE: We should continue to pray for Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts. I have personal friends who have served God all their lives, but have had more than one seizure for no apparent reason. So let's keep praying for him. According to Scripture, we should keep those in prayer, who are in authority. –Steve Shultz, BCN.
(Port Clyde, Maine)—Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts was released from the hospital today, after being thoroughly examined following a seizure yesterday, at his summer home in Port Clyde, Maine. He waved to onlookers and was reported as telling the president that he was doing fine. The seizure occurred around 2 P.M. yesterday, causing him to fall on the dock near his home. (Photo: AP)
Press secretary, Tony Snow told reporters that Roberts "sounded like he was in great spirits."
The seizure is the second one Roberts has experienced. His first occurred in 1993, but he was given a clean bill of health following that seizure as well. Speculations are being explored on whether or not Roberts will have to take anti-seizure medication.
