(Britain)-Sky News is reporting that Britain is experiencing the worst flooding in modern history, as tens of thousands are without electricity or water, and some river levels are yet to peak.
Hilary Benn, the Environment Secretary reportedly informed MPs that the "flooding is far from over," as the rains head east toward West London and Thames Valley. Already, half a million people in Gloucestershire may lose their power supply.
