"…when you're in there and you're holding a UFC belt or whatever championship belt you hold in your state, there's really only one true champion whose been through like enduring pain, and that's Jesus."

Once one of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers on TV and in the Power Ranger movie; now Jason David Frank—a Believer—is more of a "power ranger for Jesus," as he pursues victories in the octagon ring of Ultimate Fighting.

Frank is now 4-0 in his Ultimate Fighting matches, which are characterized by the use of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in technique, and where the fighter who is ready to give in "taps out" to forfeit the match.

The Christian fighter also has a line of merchandise that carry his slogan of "Jesus Didn't Tap," which is also Frank's philosophy according to a Houston Chronicle report.

"Jesus is the only one that truly didn't tap. They say, 'Oh, He was nailed to the cross so He couldn't tap.' Well, you can verbally tap, you can verbally cry, 'I quit! I give up!' That's not what He did. He got crucified for all our sins."

"To me, He's the true champion, He's the only champion," Frank continued. "So when you're in there and you're holding a UFC belt or whatever championship belt you hold in your state, there's really only one true champion who's been through like enduring pain, and that's Jesus."

Frank's partner and co-founder in the Jesus Didn't Tap company is fellow Christian fighter Patrick Hutton, who came to the Lord and was nurtured in the faith by none other than boxing champ George Foreman.

An almost literal depiction of Paul's admonishment to Timothy to "fight the good fight of faith," the two pray and read the Bible before UFC matches.

"We just pray for him to touch us and make our hands and fingers like rocks and come out with a victory for him," says Frank.
