Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher has awarded Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt (recently dismissed from the U.S. Navy for praying in "Jesus' name") an honorary commission as "Kentucky Colonel" for courage in the face of adversity, the highest honor bestowed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Now, according to a report in WorldNetDaily, Klingenschmitt plans to embark on a 50-state tour, to pray "in Jesus' name" at each state's Legislature, and is seeking church and legislative sponsors for his work.
