'Division Is Always One of the Signatures of the Enemy'—Priscilla Shirer's Powerful Message on 'Unity among Ethnicities'

If you missed it, and even if you didn't, it's worth watching again, to encourage and exhort God's people to stand together as an impenetrable front line, under the Blood of Jesus.

Says Shirer: "[The enemy] is hoping that we will not recognize his work behind the scenes, but division is always one of the signatures of the enemy..."

Noting historic tactics used in past battles, Priscilla pointed out how disunity created an opportunity for an opponent: "...this is when the enemy would strike," she states in the video, "he would rush in upon his opponents when they are no longer unified.

"When you are fighting a war, you really don't care what the color is of the soldier next to you, as long as his gun is pointed in the same direction as yours.

"This is really what unity is. It is NOT 'sameness'. It's unity of purpose and resolution.

"Ephesians says ... it was Christ Himself who brought peace to us. He united Jew and Gentile into one people, in His own body on the Cross. He broke down the wall of hostility that was separating us. Uniting us was His goal, in giving His life for us in the first place. He shed His blood for us, first: to reconcile us to the Father; but then to bring us all into one family, into one Body underneath the umbrella of His blood shed on Calvary. What an affront to the high price He paid, for us to not take this issue seriously.

"Today we stand together in a unified front to let the enemy know that we recognize his tactic ... we will not stand by idly and let him play us for the fool—not today, not on our watch! We are the people of God, and victory is ours, in Jesus name."
