With the help of her family and a very generous post office staff, Bella Graham made sure that her mother would have something to mark her milestone birthday.
Bella's mother, Jessica Graham, died in 2016 of a pulmonary embolism, WESH-TV reported. Since Graham's death, Bella's grandmother, Laura Fisher, has been working hard to keep her memory alive.
Birthdays are a big deal for the 4-year-old, Fisher said.
