Princess Kate is Pregnant with Third Child, But This Serious Health Condition is Keeping Her Under Wraps

It’s a condition that will keep the princess under her physician’s watchful eye throughout her first trimester.

The royal pair, set to inherit the throne, already have Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, who just turned 2 in May. Kensington Palace sent out this official announcement via Twitter. But while the news is very joyous for the young family, it's not going to be a walk in the park for Princess Kate. As with her last two pregnancies, Kate is already suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum, an extreme type of morning sickness that can often require hospitalization from dehydration.
