"We've got something going on now in Washington that really has never happened before in the history of our nation," Horn shares on The Jim Bakker Show. "They are literally running what people in the Beltway call a 'shadow government,' [a] third-term pseudo-presidency that is literally committed to trying to resist the Trump administration on every level."
 
Horn says this unit funded the fiery Berkeley protests.
