The counselor to President Donald Trump greeted wildly cheering crowds at today's March for Life in Washington with the words: "I am Kellyanne Conway. I am a wife, a mother, a Catholic, counselor to the president of the United States of America and yes, I am pro-life!"

She told the crowd that the Trump administration is committed to protecting and defending the child in the womb.

"This is a time of incredible promise for the pro-life, pro-adoption movement," she said.

As Trump's campaign manager, Conway was the first woman from either major party to lead a presidential candidate to victory in the general election.

"It means to protect and promote the most precious gift in the world, the gift of life," Conway stated.

"It means to stand up, tall and stand together against the indifference and the indefensible, and to stand up, stand tall and stand together on behalf of babies in the womb."

The "dismissive notion of out of sight is out of mind is over," Conway said. "Science and medicine have joined religion and morality in causing many Americans to rethink just how fragile and...
