Officials arrested former Marine Kyle Odom, 30, on Tuesday.

Police say he threw computer flash drives and other unidentified items over the fence.

Odom is accused of shooting Pastor Tim Remington six times outside his church in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on Sunday.

"I think everyone can breathe a good sigh of relief that at least this part of the case has come to a conclusion," Coeur d'Alene Police Chief Lee White said.

Remington, 55, led the prayer at a weekend campaign rally for Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz.

Authorities say there's no evidence the pastor's appearance with Cruz had anything to do with the shooting.

"However it does appear that this was a pre-planned attack and I will tell you that some details surrounding Mr. Odom's planning are disturbing," the police chief said.

Remington regained consciousness Monday evening and is talking with his family.
