On Monday, a grand jury in Texas indicted investigators with the Center for Medical Progress for using false identification and attempting to purchase human organs.
On Tuesday March Stech, the communications director for the pro-abortion political action committee EMILY's List, tweeted: "Punishment for manipulating info about Planned Parenthood is indictment. What about for the GOP candidates continuing this false narrative?"
The same day Bob Krause, who hopes to run as the Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in Iowa against Chuck Grassley, tweeted: "Wonder if it's possible to indict #CarlyFiorina for fraudulating a fraudulated video that used fraudulent govt documents? #IaCaucus #PP"
"It tells you everything you need to know about the extreme position of the Democrats on life. And how scared they are of a candidate like Carly Fiorina who exposes their lies," Anna Epstein, Carly Fiorina's press secretary, told LifeSiteNews.
Fiorina had previously said it is "so typical of the Left to immediately begin demonizing a messenger because they don't agree with the message."
The Harris County indictments are for the investigators' use of phony IDs and do not imply any falsification of the videos, which caught Planned Parenthood officials discussing the harvesting and sale of aborted babies' body parts and tissue. Two independent analyses, including one underwritten by Planned Parenthood by a left-wing public relations firm, found that the videos' edits removed only "irrelevant" material.
