Sarah Palin Encourages Americans to Remember Who Our Strength Is during These Trying Times

In a Facebook post shared on Monday, the former Republican vice presidential nominee wrote, "People ask me if I'm discouraged about the state of our nation. OF COURSE-aren't you? But then I remember God is our strength! #Sweet Freedom."

Palin offered a similar sentiment in a post shared just several days earlier: "Make every place you go the happiest place on earth! Keep the faith. Live life vibrantly by never vacillating in determination to overcome evil in this world that comes to steal and destroy... never surrender to fear or hopelessness. Taste sweet freedom through vigilant loyalty to your faith, family and America's freedom. Fight for it. We're all in this together; make sure God's in it, too."

As reported by the Gospel Herald, Palin recently released her latest book, "Sweet Freedom: A Devotional."

"You are not alone in your doubts and anxieties—we all bear the burdens of everyday stresses, and for most of us, our concerns spread beyond ourselves to our families, communities, and country," reads Amazon's description of the book.
