Recently, Carlos PenaVega had his faith "put to the test" in a way, when he was assigned the song "Pony" from the movie "Magic Mike," which has to do with male strippers.

This came just a week following his very poignant dance to "Amazing Grace," which he used to portray the moment he gave his heart to Christ.

Understandably, Carlos had deep reservations about performing a "raunchy" dance routine, and said, "I'm not sure where I stand with all this, because I just came off like, telling how God changed my life, and this is like the complete opposite of that. My faith means everything to me. I don't want to cross that line to be raunchy, especially because that's not who I am."

In the end, the "Dancing With the Stars" contestant reportedly performed a "toned-down" version of the choreography.
