This Church is Ready to Fight Back if Attacked Like Charleston; What Do YOU Think?

airlift(Jackson, MI)—It was reported that the gunman who killed 9 in the Charleston, SC church had reloaded several times.

But if a similar attack happened at the Greater Bible Way Temple, there would never be a chance to reload, according to Bishop Ira Combs.

Speaking to his congregation of about 300, Combs explained, "If they had security, the assailant would not have been able to reload. All of us here are not going to turn the other cheek while you shoot us."

Combs was referring to the concealed-carry security team the bishop has in place in the pulpit and throughout the general congregation.

Speaking to Reuters, Combs said, "We aren't looking to engage people in violence, but we are going to practice law enforcement. And we are going to interdict if someone comes in with a weapon."
