Winter Storm "Juno" Could bring "Historic" Blizzard to Northeast US

Some of those states could see snowfall total as much as three feet in 24 hours.

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio told reporters, "This could be a storm the likes of which we have never seen before."

He added, "Don't underestimate this storm. Prepare for the worst."
