The Christian Defense Coalition and Church on the Hill will Set Up a Thanksgiving Place Setting for Pastor Saeed in Front of the White House on Pennsylvania Ave. at 11:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Morning

(Washington, DC)—On Thanksgiving, participants will peacefully risk arrest standing in solidarity with Pastor Saeed and the persecuted church, and will also pray for Christians around the world who are facing violence daily.

They will also have a news conference and prayer vigil.

The display will remind President Obama to stand for religious freedom and the persecuted church around the world and work for the release of Pastor Saeed.

The Christian Defense Coalition and Church on the Hill have already launched a Facebook campaign inviting Americans to leave an empty place on Thanksgiving to stand for and pray with Pastor Saeed and the persecuted church.

Hundreds of families across America are already participating.
