It may be counter-intuitive, but vegetarians were found to be twice as likely to have allergies, had a 50 percent increase in cancer and heart attacks even though they drank less alcohol.

"Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. One person's faith allows them to eat anything but another whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything use not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand." -Romans 14:1-4

Steak dinner(Austria)—Are you a caveman dieter, vegan, or just one of those people who prays God blesses whatever food is ingested into your body? Anymore, it seems like the world—or America anyway—is divided into, among other things, meat-eaters and non-meat eaters.

To complicate matters, a new study performed by the Medial University of Graz has revealed that carnivorism is actually healthier than vegetarianism, raising the hackles of vegetarians and upsetting the apple-cart of conventional dietary wisdom. Though not everyone may agree, the research is there for perusal.

According to a report published by the Clinical Research Society:

"A new study claims that vegetarian eaters are less healthy in comparison to meat eaters. Studies performed by the Medical University of Graz identified that the veggie diet, as characterized by consumption of fruits, vegetables and entire-grain items, seemed to carry increased risks of cancer, allergies and mental health issues and stress."

The study identified that "vegetarians [drank] less alcohol and had lower BMI, but were still in a worse state of physical and psychological health overall."

Noted the authors of the research, "Our research has proven that Austrian [vegetarians] are significantly less healthy, have a reduced quality of life and also need more medical attention… We did find that vegetarians endure more from specific problems like asthma, cancer and psychological problems than individuals that eat meat also, but we are unable to say what the cause is and what the impact is."

Indeed, according to a recent report in Breitbart, "In 2010, the WHO published a study where 30,604 people were followed for an average of 8.7 years on their fruit and vegetable consumption. Those who consumed the recommended 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables a day did not have less cancer nor enjoyed better health. They were even forced to conclude the opposite."

It may be counter-intuitive, but the report added that vegetarians were found to be twice as likely to have allergies, had a 50 percent increase in cancer and heart attacks even though they drank less alcohol.

Meanwhile, we await the next study telling us something completely different! ;-)
