Last Hope for War Memorial Cross? Vets Ask US Supreme Court to Overrule Order to Take it Down

(San Diego)—According to a CBN News report, a veterans group has appealed to the US Supreme Court, asking for an order to be overruled which would remove the war memorial cross at Mount Soledad, in Southern California.

There have been numerous battles throughout the last several years to keep the cross, but in December, 2013, it was ordered removed within 90 days, by a district judge.

The Mount Soledad Memorial Association is hoping the Supreme Court will take on the case.
