"There aren't many people like that today. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. In this world we live in, we need more people with morals like that."

When he and his Goodwill job coach, Laura Pietscher, saw a blue envelope sticking out of a donated bathrobe on Wednesday, last week, Tyler thought it was simply more garbage.

Nothing could've prepared them for what was inside...

The envelope, and others like it tucked in the pockets of a likewise donated suit, contained stacks of $100 bills—totaling over $43,000.

Tyler immediately called the police.

Because a wallet was found among the money, police were able to restore it to the man who gave the clothing donation, who wished to remain anonymous.

He had been cleaning out an elderly relative's apartment when he gathered the clothing to donate, according to the Yahoo News report. He was completely unaware of the money the man's relative had stashed away.

The man plans to meet Tyler and Laura to extend his gratitude.

Saying he was proud of them, the man noted, "There aren't many people like that today. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. In this world we live in, we need more people with morals like that."
