It seemed at first that Billy Graham might take him up on the offer, but decided "it was not the right time."

Take, for example, a report from The Blaze which says that last July, Glen Beck—after all the tickets to a "Restoring Love" event he had organized at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium had been sold—wondered if maybe the whole thing was supposed to be for Billy Graham.

Beck revealed the incident on his talk show last week, saying that he had heard Graham had "one last sermon" to give.

"I thought that maybe we had rented Dallas Cowboys Stadium and sold all the tickets already for him," said Beck. "So, I called him up and said… "I'm just making it available. I already have all the tickets sold. It's not like, hey, can you come and help us. It's already all sold, everything. And you know, maybe this is what it's for. So, I offered him Dallas Cowboys Stadium [and said] I wouldn't do anything that night at Dallas Cowboys Stadium."
