Mayor of Moore, OK Wants Safe-room Shelters in Every New Home

According to reports, Moore, Oklahoma Mayor Glen Lewis is proposing a city ordinance that would change the city's building codes to require the construction of safe-room shelters in each new home that is built. Safe-rooms are usually built below the garage and may cost about $4,000, says the report.
