Dog found Barbara Garcia had stuck to her "game plan" when the massive tornado descended upon the city of Moore, Oklahoma. Her plan, she told a CBS reporter and camera crew, was to get in her "little bathroom" and wait out the storm.

"I was sitting on the stool holding my dog," she recounted. "I rolled around a little bit and when it stopped I was right there…" she said, pointing to the pile of rubble that was once her home.

"I never lost consciousness and I hollered for my little dog and he didn't answer, he didn't come, so I know he's in here somewhere," said Garcia, lamenting that her dog probably didn't make it.

It was at that moment—an especially lucky one to be caught on video—when a member of the news team's camera crew spotted something moving under some wreckage.

Dog found There in a pile of metal and bricks struggled a little black dog, trying to free itself from where it was pinned.

"Oh…bless your little, bitty heart!" cried Garcia as she realized her canine companion was indeed alive and caught underneath the rubble.

Garcia and the news team moved some of the debris and the elderly woman once again held her beloved terrier in her arms—another survivor of the tornado.

"Well I thought God just answered one prayer to let me be OK," exclaimed a happy Barbara Garcia, "but He answered both of them."
