"She's endured months of real struggle and excruciating pain, but she's finally done with physical therapy." -Ron Luce

In a recent Charisma News report, founder and president of Teen Mania ministries, Ron Luce, shared an update on his daughter, Hannah who was the sole survivor of a small plane crash last year that claimed the lives of four people.

Ron Luce Luce notes that Hannah's recovery has been challenging at times due to nerve pain from skin grafts "that cover 30 percent of her body."

In addition, Luce's daughter—a recent graduate of Oral Roberts University—has suffered from symptoms of PTSD, after losing friends who were classmates and a former ORU instructor in the accident.

Luce says that "real progress" has been made in the last couple months especially, and that Hannah is now looking to "move out of our home and pursue the dreams that are in her heart. She's starting a foundation called Mirror Tree to help those that have been affected by traumatic events and are living in refugee camps around the world."

"The most-traumatic, hurtful, shocking, devastating day of my life, it turns out, is every day for so many people around the world," says Hannah. "Those are the people we need to reach out to."
