God's reply to boy's prayer sustained him.
(Huntsville, AL)—Three days after falling asleep at the wheel and driving off I-65, 19-year-old Tyler Campbell was finally able to crawl his way out of a 30-foot ravine with only a broken leg and shoulder.
According to WAFF News, Tyler's family had been at a church event when he told them he was going to a friend's house and would be back home later. When he didn't come back home, Tyler's family began searching.
Tyler was so despondent during his three-day ordeal, he said at one point he "prayed to God to take my life." No sooner had he prayed the prayer, however, Tyler said he heard God reply that his life "wasn't done yet."
"I don't believe in luck," said Tyler's father. "It was 100 percent in His plan, and His will and His way. He talked to my son through the whole thing."
