Latest Episode of 'At Home With The Robertsons' Tackles Tough Questions about COVID-19 Vaccine Safety"I would recommend any of my family members to get any of them. I understand why people are nervous but it's incredible how we did it." -Dr. Michael Ayers [CBN News] In the latest episode of At Home With The Robertsons, Willie and Korie discuss the important topic of whether or not it's safe to get vaccinated for COVID-19—a question weighing on the minds of many Americans. (Image: via CBN News) The Robertson family revealed they've already had a terrifying experience with COVID after multiple family members tested positive for the virus. Willie and Korie contracted COVID last fall, then their daughters Bella and Sadie tested positive. Next was Sadie's husband Christian and then the eldest of the Robertson clan, Uncle Si. Sadie battled the virus while pregnant with her first child—an experience that landed her in the hospital twice. "I have not had an easy pregnancy," she said. "I had COVID really, really bad. I was sick for a solid 12 days, then for about two more weeks." She added, "I did have (COVID) in my chest and I was definitely sick all around, but the lack of fluids," from gastrointestinal issues from both conditions, "was the main purpose for me being admitted." Back in February, Uncle Si shared details about his struggle with COVID. The 72-year-old, who has a history of heart problems and breathing issues, also had to be hospitalized twice. "Trust me when I tell you, it's real, it's deadly, and hey, you don't want no part in it," Robertson said. "He shared with us that he thought it was the end," Willie revealed. Korie added, "He had been in the hospital for five days, then he came home feeling better. Then it was that second round." But in a follow-up video posted on Instagram, Robertson told fans he had finally "kicked COVID-19 in the rear end" and was on the mend. "I would recommend any of my family members to get any of them," he said. "I understand why people are nervous but it's incredible how we did it." Willie explained that he sympathizes with people who are skeptical about getting the injection. "I've seen millions of people get this vaccination and I know just because it's quicker doesn't mean it hasn't been as thought out. I think if you locked in on something, then you can get it done," he explained. Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
