"We expected one child. That we had three, they were God's gift to us. All of them."

(Holly Springs, NC)—Husband and wife, Erin and Jennifer Conley were given some startling advice when transferred by their doctor to a specialist after it was discovered Jennifer would be having triplets.

Conley TripletsAccording to a LifeSiteNews report, the specialist "recited statistics about the special dangers of pregnancy and fetal development with triplets, the potential birth defects and complications that could attend multiple births." (Photo: Denmark Photo & Video)

Although the doctor had to admit there was nothing wrong with the developing babies, she told the Conleys that they should consider "Selective reduction." And that "by aborting one of the children, there would be more room in the womb for the other two, improving the chances for a 'healthy' pregnancy and delivery."

"I couldn't believe what I was hearing," said Jennifer in the article. "I let her finish, and then I said there was no way I could permit something like that. It was against my faith."

Jennifer's pregnancy went along fine, and at 36 weeks she gave birth to three beautiful, healthy baby girls—none of them under 5 lbs.
