UPDATED [11:56am PT]: According to the FOX News report, Jason Rodriguez, 40, surrendered to police about three hours after he went on a shooting rampage killing one and injuring 5.

According to a report, there was a shooting Friday afternoon, in an office building in downtown Orlando, leaving at least 1 person dead, and 5 injured.
