"I won't stop until she's found," Charlee's mother Natalie Quick said as crews frantically searched for the youngster. "I don't care if the dogs have searched and no scent. I don't care. I'll look until she comes back or something."
"It just hurts when you can't find your kid, and you've got 100 people out here, and they can't find her either," the devastated mother said.
It wasn't until Friday evening, when Charlee's grandmother, Beth Campbell, said she was crying out to God and looking out up to the hills behind her home, that she saw Penny sprinting toward her...
