O'Donnell was responding to a tweet originally posted by the Louisiana Republican lawmaker claiming that the GOP tax bill, which has been making significant progress this week, is a "win for American families." O'Donnell, who believes she is an expert on the economic impacts of the new GOP tax bill, responded that Scalise was "lying" to the American people.
