As her husband prayed, Nicole Mayhew felt the Holy Spirit prompting her to leave work and check on him... just in the nick of time.

(Saratoga Springs, UT)—Scott Mayhew was working in the garage on his Ford Explorer when it slipped off the jack and fell on him. Meanwhile, his wife, Nicole, who was at work, said she got a "funny feeling" that she needed to go home and check on him. (Photo via ABC News)

Sure enough, when she arrived at home she found her husband trapped beneath the car. Paramedics arrived on the scene after Nicole and a neighbor used the jack to lift the car off her husband.

"He was still talking a little," said Nicole. "He couldn't breath that well at all. It just freaked me out. He [told me he'd been] praying for me to come home."

On ABC News, paramedic Chad Pate was quoted as saying, "I consider him extremely lucky. I really think with her [Nicole] coming home as fast as she did in the time that she did, he could have lost his life had he been under the car much longer than that."
