"I think it is fair to say that at the very least Cornell owes the American people an explanation, if not an apology." -James O'Keefe.

The video shows an undercover reporter posing as a potential student looking into the possibility of starting a pro-ISIS club on the campus of New York's Cornell University.

The undercover journalist speaks with Assistant Dean for Students, Joseph Scaffido on the funding of such a group, on sending care packages to ISIS and Hamas members in the Middle East, as well as having one of them come and speak to students.

All of which receives an unbelievable green light from Scaffido—to the point where one must wonder if the Assistant Dean really understands what ISIS actually is and does.

airliftIf that's not disturbing enough, Scaffido even seemed to be fine with an ISIS member coming to Cornell to "run a training camp." To which he says, "It's just like bringing in a coach, to do a training on a sports team or something." (Screengrab via Project Veritas)

According to the Algemeiner report, New York Times best-selling author, James O'Keefe commented on the video which he said left him "chilled and saddened."

"At the very best Scaffido's attitude towards the proposed club is complacent and irresponsible," said O'Keefe. "At the very worst he genuinely and willingly supports those sympathetic to ISIS freedom fighters, or more aptly stated: terrorists. In either case, Scaffido's comments have placed Cornell in the hot seat. I think it is fair to say that at the very least Cornell owes the American people an explanation, if not an apology."
