According to the report, ".bible" will make millions of additional URL's available and the messages of the Bible even more accessible to people in a way that best fits their digital lives. "With staggering growth online, and fewer and fewer domain names available, American Bible Society is thrilled to explore offering web address in the 'bible' domain," said Geof Morin, the society's chief communications officer. "We want to make it easier for more people to explore the messages of hope and encouragement found in the Bible."
