Jesus My Shelter Orphanage in PakistanAs winter bears down there, a need for blankets, shoes and warm clothing for these six children has become more urgent. In the time Breaking Christian News has been in existence, we have learned of, and come in contact with many different ministries around the world, all providing valuable services for the Body of Christ and to the lost. Most of these ministries are associated with larger networks, denominations or single churches, but occasionally we run across some that simply exist on their own, reaching out to those in need right where they are. Such is the case with an orphanage in Pakistan which goes by the name of "Jesus My Shelter" (JMS), a part of Faith and Hope Ministry that brings the Gospel to non-Christians and Biblical teaching to the minority of Christians in the area. The orphanage is small, so they're not really "on the map" of some of the bigger relief organizations.
As winter bears down there, a need for blankets, shoes and warm clothing for these six children has become more urgent. So, we've decided to let our readers know of that need. One of the leaders at the orphanage, Saqib Yaqub, has provided a list of these children, their gender and their ages, in the event some of our readers would like to provide a few of these necessities. Below is that list, along with the address of the orphanage. Since they do not have Pay Pal or credit card donation accessibilities, I would recommend sending the actual items instead.
