A few months ago, I traveled to Washington, DC to join Bound4LIFE in the midst of an historic blizzard. On the 43rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, we stepped on to the battle line to contend for life and transforming revival. There was a tapestry of incredible momentum and prophetic significance surrounding our stand. 
 
We united on the battle line, covering our mouths with red Life Tape. Then I heard God sing over us the anthem of His heart for America—a song composed of love, mercy and redemption. God yearns to extend mercy instead of judgment. As we stood in the gap for America, God released a powerful symbolic covering of mercy: pure white snow.
 
I reflected upon Isaiah 1:18 which says, "Come, let us discuss this, says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they will be white as snow. Though they are as red as crimson, they will be like wool."
 
There was prophetic significance regarding the name of the blizzard, Jonas. "Jonas" is a form of the Hebrew name Jonah. In the Bible, Jonah was sent by God to proclaim a message of repentance in Nineveh. It is not a coincidence that a historic snowstorm called Jonas engulfed our nation's capital city on the anniversary of legalized abortion; I believe our Heavenly Father is calling us to repentance.

I am consumed with the hope that one day our government will fully recognize life at conception and legislate from that knowledge. I envision heavenly justice beautifully gushing forth like a mighty, splendid river. 
 
After some time in intercession on the battle line, I heard Matt Lockett say, "One more hour to stand." I immediately thought, Lord, where is my escape route? I proceeded to explain to God that I believed it was imperative for me to exit the siege and locate a warm haven. I felt frozen. I could not fathom standing in prayer for another hour. God triumphantly intervened.
 
I heard the Lord say, "No, life is on the line." He lovingly spoke, "I brought you here for such a time as this. You will stand and My grace will cover you." Jesus was encouraging me to push in and to push through. It is written that His strength is made perfect in our weakness.
 
Somehow by His grace, I chose to not run away that day. God's grace enabled me to yield to His heart cry over the unborn. I believe God accomplished much through the surrender of our hearts amidst the freezing cold. (Photo: Aaron Wong)
 
God highlighted Isaiah 43 to me in conjunction with the 43rd anniversary of legalized abortion. Much of this chapter is infused with our Father's love and declarations. The following message embedded within Isaiah 43 causes me to consider God's heart over the unborn and the war that He is waging on their behalf. Isaiah 43:1 states, "...the One who created you, the One who formed you. Do not fear, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name, you are Mine."
 
Verses 6 and 7 declare, "I will say to the north: give them up! And to the south: Do not hold them back! Bring my sons from far away, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; everyone called by My name and created for My glory. I have formed him; indeed, I have made him." Isaiah 43:19 states, "Look, I am about to do something new. Even now it is coming. Do you not see it?"
 
God desires to focus our attention on the new thing that He is springing forth in the life movement. Let's face the facts, God is literally ending abortion before our eyes. Additionally, abortion clinics are shutting down at a rapid pace like never before. There has also been tremendous exposure of the malpractices of abortionists. 
 
Lastly but surely not least, I am grateful for the infamous Planned Parenthood videos produced by the Center for Medical Progress that massively exposed the injustice of this deceitful corporation. Indeed, God is doing a phenomenal new thing and I confidently believe that it is only the beginning.

To every red warrior that has ever placed his or her feet on the battle line, your stand is not in vain!
 
You have labored victoriously for America to awaken to the reality of life in the womb. You have contended for babies to live and not die. Whether you have stood on the battle line once, or whether you have stood since the inception of Bound4LIFE... every moment counts!
 
Every moment on that line is accounted for and honored in our Father's eyes. Please consider joining us on the battle line, because truly: life is on the line.
