Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, and his group is suspected of working with the ISIS terror group, as Shekau, on a video, congratulated ISIS for its "reign of terror."

According to Christian Today, "Boko Haram is thought to be responsible for the deaths of 13,000 people since it became active in 2009."
