Of those who came to show their support, over 2,000 were young pro-Israel activists.

A reporter from Israel National News was on hand to interview some of the youth (videos can be seen by clicking here).

One activist, named Chloe Valdary, is a student from New Orleans whose Declare Your Freedom initiative is gaining attention around campuses throughout the US.

Noted the report, Valdary "said the sheer numbers and diversity of those who made the effort to be at the conference demonstrated how support for Israel is defying attempts to undermine it." She also, "warned against complacency, citing the 'battle for hearts and minds' being waged by radical anti-Israel groups throughout American university campuses."
