What becomes of those Notes That Are Prayers placed in the Cracks of the Western Wall?

In fact, many who are not Jewish have also written notes to God, putting them in the Wall. And, for those who are not in Jerusalem, some have sent letters or emails that have also been placed in what is known in Hebrew as the "Kotel.

praying at the wall But, have you ever wondered what happens to those messages to the Lord when the cracks in the wall become full with them?

According to a CBN article, they are carefully removed, twice a year, without reading (because they're between man and God). They are bundled into bags, says the report, and eventually buried in the cemetery on the Mount of Olives.
